Host". We provide full concierge service to our guests during their stay to
make them feel well taken care of and right at home.
The concept
Many islands in the Caribbean are well known for their
beautiful vacation villas. Most of these homeowners are not local residents but
foreign homeowners. They enjoy their island villa for a few weeks out of the
year, and lease it out as a vacation villa the remaining time of the year.
Their main purpose is not to make lots of money from this venture but to
protect their investment.
It is well known that a property left unoccupied for a long
time becomes target of all shorts of unwanted situations, like vandalism, theft
etc. It is also a fact that a villa needs "live" to maintain its charm and
beauty appearances. An unoccupied villa deteriorates if not taken care of
properly. This is exactly what many homeowners want to prevent.
It is also known that long-term leasing is not always the
best solution. Some homeowners spend almost as much money refurbishing their
house after the renters move out as the amount they received in rent. To avoid
these unpleasant situations many homeowners choose to rent their villa as a
vacation villa.

Your villa will be listed in our brochure and on our
website: including pictures and all details of the villa.
Rates:
works on commission basis. So we only earn when we rent your villa.
Our commission will totally depend on what type of service you will require
from our company.
If you only want to make use of our Villa Reservation
Service, we charge a 20% commission of the gross rental rate.
If you want to make use of all our services, we charge a 30%
commission of the gross rental rate.
Requirements:
We are very selective in the villas that we represent. We
need to be able to guarantee our customers a quality villa. Following the
minimum requirements:
- Villa must be in perfect condition. No roof leaks,
damages, peeling paint, etc.
- Hot & Cold water
- Air-conditioning in sleeping areas
- Bed cover / comforter for each bed
- 2 pillows per person
- 3 sheet sets per bed
- Minimum of 4 towels per person
- Hand dry towels (3 per bathroom/restroom)
- Color TV with cable & DVD-player
- CD-Stereo set
- Telephone
- Refrigerator with freezer
- 4 pit stove
- Microwave
- Coffee maker
- Toaster
- Plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for the maximum number
of guests. These items must be easy to replace.
- Pots and pans, bake ware, and plastic containers
- Spare gas tank (for gas stoves)
- Emergency lights and large candles
- Barbecue grill
- Iron and ironing board
- Clothes hangers (10 per closet)
- Beach/lounge chairs (2 for apartments / 4 to 8 for large
villas)
- Portable drying rack
- Washer & dryer
